Britain's leader is expected to urge supporting countries to provide Ukraine with additional long-range missiles to strike Moscow's positions during talks in London on the upcoming Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukraine's leader Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", consisting of more than 20 of Kyiv's partners who have committed to grant the Ukrainian government security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.

Zelensky has been urging for several weeks for further long-range weapons from allied countries, a step that Russia has cautions would worsen the war.
